Event marketing

From 32-page program guides to 5k fun run signage, I’ve created print marketing materials for all occasions (including the programs for my best friend’s wedding). I am skilled with Canva, and proficient in Adobe InDesign, Lightroom, and Illustrator.

Conference program guides

I create the program guides for every conference the bar hosts. I work closely with each department's director to ensure the guide is accurate, AP Style compliant, and designed so every lawyer spends more time enjoying the conference sessions than looking for them.

Digital marketing

Print materials

Each conference the bar hosts requires a substantial amount of print materials. For each conference, I design and print the following:
  • Sponsor banners

  • Exhibitor guides

  • Trifold tabletop signs

  • Print advertisements for The Missouri Bar Journal

  • Raffle and drink tickets

  • Awards programs

  • Judiciary-specific programs

I execute digital materials for each conference, based on each department's needs and requests from department directors or planning committee members. Materials include:

  • Themed PowerPoint templates for speakers

  • Digital signage for each room

  • Luncheon slides, including for high-stakes events such as professional awards banquets and for the Judicial Breakfast at Annual Meeting

Social media

When using social media, it is essential to exercise discretion and to take precautions, especially if targeting the public on a hot topic. While creating social media posts for The Missouri Bar, I followed strict brand guidelines for both style and legal compliance. Working with a team, I designed graphics and drafted captions for events, awards, and articles from our newsroom. I’ve also worked with lawyer influences from the area and created graphics for sharing.
