My office walls are covered with 20×30 Easel Pad Post-It notes. The regular size wasn’t enough.

I like to think my ideas come to me in dreams, but really, they can spark from the smallest passing conversation. We should have professional headshots at Annual Meeting! What if we had “Daily Docket” one-pagers for the smaller conferences? Could we start doing a weekly riddle in our newsletter to keep it engaging? When I’m not executing what’s needed, I’m always brainstorming what could be wanted.

Outside of work, I use my creativity for party invitations, wedding programs, volunteer organization recruitment ideas, and Trader Joe’s grocery lists.
